ws.e.invoice creates a PDF/A-3 invoice and embeds EN 16931 invoice data as XML. The recipient can read the document and process the data electronically.

Factur-X or XRechnung?
Factur-X combines PDF and XML in one file. XRechnung is an authoritative XML file, with a separate readable PDF copy in ws.e.invoice. For a public authority, follow the format and submission instructions supplied by the recipient.
