E-invoice formats
Factur-X/ZUGFeRD combines a readable PDF/A-3 document with embedded EN 16931 XML. XRechnung 3.0.2 is delivered as an authoritative XML file with a readable PDF copy.
XRechnung for the public sector
From version 1.6, enter the Leitweg-ID buyer reference together with supplier, project, contract, tender and invoiced-object references. Export the XML and submit it manually via OZG-RE or the channel specified by the customer. Direct portal and Peppol delivery are not yet included.
Data and subscriptions
Customer, item and document data are generally stored on your device. For requested document creation or email delivery, the required data is transferred securely to the document service. The app offers a 14-day trial; the app stores show the current subscription prices.
